After that at the end of the day just 40 minutes before of sunset our digestive fire at the maximum rate once again. So according to Bhagbatt, you must have to finish your dinner before sunset because after sunset our digestive fire also comes to end. Now digestive fire activates again with our next morning or at sunrise. Bhagbatt says that if you like you can take some milk after sunset or at the time of bed at night.
