Friends, here we discuss types of foods, foods for our body nutrition, by heart, by the mind. these foods also depend upon the situation in which any person occurring, how these foods effects on our body nutrition are important. First, we will discuss the food of nutrition and healthy food. This type of food is very simple and nutritious, because of its nutrition values. This type of food always recommends for everyone and for all ages. Vegetables and fruits, limited sugar and salty foods etc. Then second food by heart because sometimes our heart demands more than sufficient saltier or more than normal sweet foods. This type of food can't recommend for all ages and these types of foods can't be taken beyond limits. Such likes spicy foods, salty chats, tweets etc. These types of foods when we see our heart can't control, but these foods can be taken in a limited quantity. Third types of foods are by the mind when we are in depression or in the very happy mood. Our mind needs some relaxing foods mean alcoholic beverages and some special foods according to the situation. so these types of foods can be taken occasionally but not regular basis otherwise these types of foods create problem to health sometimes.
