Do you know that more than 50,000 people in Japan are more than 100 years of age? Japanese people are most healthy people in this world, the Japanese are the most advanced in technology, But Japanese people prefer to use public transportation in place of the personal car or any other personal vehicle.  In Japan, obesity and heart diseases rate is approximately equal to nothing. This is because of the Japanese lifestyle. In Japan, people preferred to walk for their daily routine works. Tea is the most favorite drink in Japan, Japanese people use more than 100 types of variety of tea from morning to evening and their most favorite tea is green tea which has antioxidant properties. Also the Japanese preferred to eat different types of veg and nonveg seafood. Because sea vegetables are ten times more nutritious than normal vegetables, so they get complete nutrition from these vegetables. they use fish meat in place of the chicken or red meat because it has Omega-3 fatty acids and it gives more nutrition to the body. Japanese people preferred rice in place of wheat bread etc. Also, Japanese people make regular check their body from doctor to know about any diseases if occurring in the body, once or twice in a year.  So this is answer how Japanese people live this long and healthy life.
